The process of settling a trust or estate can be difficult, time consuming and a daunting task for most, especially during a period of great personal loss. Quite often, a family member or friend are named as executor or trustee and have no understanding of the duties and legal responsibilities. At Marquette, we offer the advantages of experience, knowledge of tax law, investment expertise and trust administration expertise. Unlike an individual executor or trustee, we will never move away or have personal demands that conflict with fulfilling our responsibilities.

Marquette can step in as the executor or successor trustee and fulfill all of the duties and legal responsibilities of the executor or successor trustee, relieving the individual of all responsibility and liability. We can also act as agent for the trustee or executor providing all or some of the duties for the individual trustee or executor allowing the individual to remain in control, if desired.
