Q: What file formats does Marquette Bank’s Online Banking system support?

A: Quicken (QFX), QuickBooks (IIF & QBO), BA/2, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Money, and plain text.

Q: How can I access my Online Banking data using personal finance applications like Quicken (version 2005 or later)?

A: You’ll need to set up Marquette Bank as one of your financial institutions from within Quicken or other application that supports direct upload from your financial institution (contact your software provider for instructions and to determine compatibility). Once your software has been set up, your financial data will be loaded directly from Marquette Bank’s Online Banking system to your financial application.

Q: Can I access my Online Banking data if I don’t use Quicken?

A: Yes, simply log on to Online Banking and click on the “Download account transactions” directly from the “Accounts” menu. Next, select the account, time period, type of transaction and the file format. Once you have downloaded your financial data you may use your application to import this data. Please note that data compatibly depends on your financial software application and its ability to support the file format you selected.

Q: Who do I contact if I need instructions or support on my personal financial software, like Quicken?

A: Please consult your application's instructions (may vary by product version). For additional information or support, please contact your application provider for example, Intuit for Quicken, Microsoft for Money and Excel. Information on how to contact your application provider can usually be found by clicking on your application’s "Product and Customer Support" menu.
