Marquette administers guardianships for minors and disabled adults in Illinois. Court supervised guardianships protect the assets of individuals who are unable to manage their own financial affairs. Normally they are minor children or disabled adults. Acting as guardian or co-guardian of the estate, Marquette is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the individual within guidelines established by the court which include investment of assets, administration and tax filings. We work closely with the guardian of the person and their attorney to meet the specific needs of the individual.
