Funding your Living Trust

Your recently drafted Living Trust will not work if your assets are not properly transferred from your name into the trust. Unfortunately many people go through the trouble and expense of establishing a Living Trust and for one reason or another do not transfer their property to it. If the property is not in the trust, you will not achieve your goal of avoiding probate.
