• Marquette Bank Supports Clara's House During The Holiday Season
Neighborhood bank sponsors Clara-thon and visits Clara’s House with gifts for children just in time for Christmas

Orland Park, IL (December 23, 2013) – Marquette Bank, a locally-owned neighborhood bank, donated $2,500 to Clara’s House at their first annual Clara-thon. The money raised from the event will be used to keep Clara’s House open and operating for homeless women and children in Chicago’s Englewood area. Marquette Bank also visited Clara’s House this December with gifts for children who otherwise wouldn’t have had any gifts in time for Christmas. The toys Marquette Bank donated were collected from the Marquette Bank Toy Drive.

“Marquette Bank is proud to donate to Clara’s House this holiday season,” Betty Kosky-Harn, Executive Vice President, said. “Clara’s House is a safe haven for women and children in our neighborhoods and we will continue to supports its efforts in helping the homeless.
