For Teller-Phone:
A Touch-Tone telephone, Social Security number, and your personally selected 4-digit PIN are all you really need. No sign-up is needed.
Test a Simple Transaction
To see how easy, quick and convenient it is to use Teller-Phone, try a simple transaction. For instance, try verifying your Checking Account balance by following these instructions:
  1. Dial 1-888-254-9500 or 1-708-226-8026, using any touch-tone telephone
  2. Press "1" for English, "2" for Spanish to begin
  3. Enter your Social Security number
  4. For security purposes, you will have to select and enter a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  5. Just to verify that you have pushed the numbers you want, select your 4-digit PIN again (For first time use only)
  6. Simple, clear instructions from Teller Phone will guide you to the account you are trying to access. You’ll hear, "For Checking, Savings, CDs or IRAs, press 1. For Loans, press 2." etc.
  7. For this example, you will press "1", for Checking Account information
  8. Now you’ll hear, "For balance information, press 1. For last five deposits, press 2." etc.
  9. You will press "1", for balance information. You will then hear what your Checking Account balance is for a specific date. It’s that simple!
